Originally from Maryland, Jasmine Saunders is a Florida Realtor, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association, and relocation specialist with extensive experience serving buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout South Florida. After relocating to North Carolina and later advancing into a Multi-Site Property Manager role, her career ultimately brought her to Boca Raton, where she continued managing large residential communities throughout Palm Beach County. Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen properties ranging from 192 units in North Carolina, to 420 units in West Palm Beach, and up to 799 units in Maryland.

With over a decade of experience in property management and real estate operations, including more than eight years with one of the nation’s largest real estate investment firms, Jasmine brings institutional-level professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and detailed market knowledge to every transaction. Having personally relocated multiple times, she understands both the logistical and emotional aspects of moving, which naturally led to her success as a relocation specialist assisting clients moving locally, nationally, and internationally.

Today, Jasmine provides personalized representation as a listing agent, buyer’s agent, tenant representative, and landlord listing agent throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. Her background in multifamily operations, leasing, marketing, and client relations allows her to provide a strategic and detail-oriented approach tailored to each client’s unique goals.
